Every reviewer receives the same optional Google invitation, whatever rating they gave.

They keep working for you, and you choose how. Connect each website to its public Google Maps business and your current Google rating and review count appear automatically beside your VerifiedPractitioner rating, as a separate clearly labelled source that is not part of the VP score. Or import your Google reviews, in which case they sit inside your VP score and the separate live box switches off. It is one or the other, never both, so the same client is never counted twice.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access from day one - send requests, collect reviews, and install your widget on your website. If you cancel during the trial you won't be charged, and published reviews stay live. If you stay, your subscription simply starts at the end of the trial.

Yes. When submitting a review, clients choose how their name appears: full name, first name and initial (e.g. "Emma T."), or completely anonymous. This is essential for therapy clients who value confidentiality - and means they're far more likely to leave feedback in the first place.

Yes. You can report suspected fraud, privacy concerns, abusive or unlawful content, spam, conflicts of interest, or a review that does not relate to a genuine client experience. Reports are investigated under our published review policy. A review is not removed merely because it is critical or carries a low rating.

By email. You enter your client's name and email, add a personal message if you wish, and click send. The system then follows up with polite automated reminders if they haven't responded. You can also share a public review link or QR code on business cards, email signatures, or in your treatment room.

Yes. You can write your own personal message that's included in every review request email, and customise the reminder messages too. The email template is professional and branded, but the personal message is entirely in your words.

Use a consistent, sentiment-neutral rule, such as inviting every eligible client after a completed appointment or agreed treatment block. Do not select only clients you expect to be positive. Every request remains manually initiated, and reminders can be adjusted or cancelled for operational reasons.

No. VerifiedPractitioner is not a directory. Your reviews stay focused entirely on your own practice. Visitors to your website or profile page are never shown other practitioners.

Your existing published reviews stay live on your website. The widget continues to work and nothing disappears. You simply cannot send new review requests, and your public review link and QR code stop taking new reviews, until you renew. There are no exit fees and no lock-in, and you can export your client list as a CSV at any time.

Email requests use unique secure links tied to the invited inbox. Public review-link and QR submissions are recorded and labelled separately, without being presented as email identity checks. Submission source, consent and safeguard details are kept in an audit trail, and IP matches with the practitioner account are flagged for investigation. Imported reviews keep a clear source label and are not presented as VP-collected.

Clients can opt out of further emails with one click. Reviewers can use the secure rights links in their emails to request access to or deletion of their data. Practitioners can report a documented reviewer-withdrawal request for administrator action.

Reviewer emails are AES-256 encrypted at rest, explicit publication consent is collected before every review submission, and reviewers can request deletion or a copy of their data at any time. Platform data is stored on UK servers.

Yes. There's an Add Reviews page in your dashboard where you can import a set of legitimate testimonials from Facebook, your website or another source you can evidence, and our team can do it for you instead if you prefer. You upload a screenshot of that platform's own total and average, and the set is checked against it. Every published import is clearly labelled and counts towards the VP rating.

After checkout, you'll receive a welcome email with your login details and a quick start guide. You can start sending review requests straight away. Our team is on hand to help with widget installation, review imports, and anything else you need to get up and running. We don't just hand you a login and walk away.

Choose a consistent and appropriate trigger, such as the end of every completed appointment or agreed treatment block. Apply the same rule regardless of whether you expect positive or critical feedback. The system never sends anything without you initiating it.
